How to rent:

You choose the villa you like.
We send you the Invoice and the Lease Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, you must pay 50% of the advance payment, the remaining 50% are paid upon arrival at the villa. For the peak season, the prepayment is 100%.
You send us a payment document - from this moment the villa is booked in your name and dates.
Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with your check-in. Further, during your entire holiday, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps in solving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, car rental, hiring a nanny and everything that you may need.
