And on the level below there is a family room with a 52-inch TV, tennis table, foosball table and wet bar. Also on this level are 2 more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. At the lowest level there is an area of ​​relaxation and wellness - there is a spa room with an adjacent jacuzzi, from which you can enjoy views of the sea through the treetops.

How to rent:

You choose the villa you like.
We send you an Invoice and Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, a 50% prepayment is required, the remaining 50% is due upon check-in to the villa. For peak season, prepayment is 100%.
You send us a payment document - from that moment the villa is reserved in your name and dates.
Upon arrival, our driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with check-in. Further, throughout your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helping in resolving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, renting a car, hiring a nanny and anything else you may need.
