THE ORDER OF CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF THE COST OF THE ORDER

By making a reservation at the accommodation facility, you accept and agree with the cancellation policy, the rules applicable in case of no-show and with all the additional conditions and rules of the accommodation facility that can be applied to your reservation or during your stay, including services and / or products offered in the placement object.

VillaCarte.com applies the following rules when canceling bookings and in case of no show:

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the check-in date, 70% of the booking amount will be refunded, provided that the booked property has been retaken to another guest for similar dates. If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the check-in date, 30% of the booking amount is refunded, provided that the booked property has been retaken to another guest for similar dates. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that a reservation requiring a deposit or prepayment (full or partial) can be canceled (without prior notice or warning) in case the corresponding (remaining) amount (s) can not be written off in full on the relevant date payment according to the reservation and payment rules of the accommodation facility. Untimely payment, incorrect debit or credit card data or insufficient amount of funds are your responsibility and you are not entitled to claim any (non-refundable) prepaid amount, except when the object of accommodation agrees or permits otherwise in accordance with its rules (pre-) payment and cancellation of bookings.

If you want to view, change or cancel the order, contact your rental manager. Please keep in mind that you may be charged for cancellation of an order in accordance with the rules of the accommodation facility regarding cancellation of bookings, pre-payment and no-show and you may not be entitled to claim any (pre-paid) amount. We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, prepayment and no-show rules published in this Order Cancellation and Refund Policy and in the Rental Agreement that will be provided to you upon booking prior to making your reservation and making future payments in accordance with the requirements for corresponding reservation.
