What's nearby: The villa is located within walking distance to the picturesque Laemsingh Beach, famous for its seafood restaurants and perfect for a relaxing lunch. The villa is also less than 10 minutes' drive to Laguna Beach and about 25 minutes' drive to the airport, Patong Beach or Phuket Town.

How to rent: You choose the villa you like. We send you an Invoice and Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, a 50% prepayment is required, the remaining 50% is due upon check-in to the villa. For peak season, prepayment is 100%. You send us a payment document - from that moment the villa is reserved in your name and dates. Upon arrival, our driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with check-in. Further, throughout your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helping in resolving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, renting a car, hiring a nanny and anything else you may need.
