Beach: The complex is within walking distance to Kata Beach (about a 5-minute walk). This is a beautiful beach about one and a half kilometers long with fine white sand and clear sea. The shore gently slopes into the water and is therefore perfect for families with children. There is a good selection of local restaurants and bars near the beach. From November to April the sea is calm, but from May to October there can be high waves.

What's nearby: The area's infrastructure is well developed, and within walking distance there are local shops, minimarkets like 7/11, restaurants, cafes.

What's in the complex: Infinity pool 35 meters, terraces overlooking the ocean, sun loungers. The pool bar offers an excellent selection of wines, and the restaurant boasts gourmet cuisine. At guests' request, the staff will organize a picnic by the sea or prepare dinner in the villa. The complex has its own high-quality spa, a superbly equipped gym, and a souvenir and silver jewelry store. Guests are offered yoga classes, excursions, diving, yacht charters, weddings and other events.

Inside: The villa occupies 2 floors. The upper level contains the master and two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom has ocean views, a king size bed, a desk, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a private terrace with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. Each of the guest bedrooms has two single beds and private bathrooms with showers.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a TV area, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, and a maid's bedroom. The house is fully automated, and guests can use an iPad to control everything from closing the curtains to ordering a sandwich for the villa.

How to rent:

1.You choose the villa you like.
2. We send you an Invoice and a Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, a 50% prepayment is required, the remaining 50% is due 30 days before moving into the villa. These conditions may vary depending on the booking rate. For peak season, prepayment is 100%.
3.You send us a payment document - from this moment the villa is booked in your name and date.
4.Upon arrival, our driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the villa, where the concierge manager helps you with check-in. Further, throughout your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helping in resolving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, renting a car, hiring a nanny and anything else you may need.
