There is fine sand, clear sea, a 1 km long beach surrounded by casuarina trees. From November to April the sea is calm, but from May to October there are strong waves and rip currents.

What's nearby: The area's infrastructure is mainly concentrated in complexes and resorts. Nevertheless, everything you need for relaxation is within walking distance: within 400 meters there are several European, Thai restaurants, and even a Russian restaurant, a beach club, and massage parlors. The famous Laguna complex with golf courses, restaurants, SPA centers, shops, beach clubs is 8 km away. - it's about 15 minutes by car.

Inside: The villa is a two-story building. On the main level there is a spacious living room area, which has comfortable upholstered furniture, as well as a dining area with a large dining table, a kitchen area equipped with everything necessary, a media room with a TV and DVD. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large king size bed.
The remaining four bedrooms are located on the lower level of the villa. Each has a private bathroom, bed, TV and built-in furniture. In addition, on the lower level there is a gym, a spa room, a jacuzzi and a sauna, and a media room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Paid additionally: Additional services. Nanny and masseuse are available for an additional fee. Grocery purchases will be charged at market price plus a 20% service fee. Additional accommodation for guests, above the norm: adults $100 per day + tax and service fee, children $50 per day + tax and service fee.

How to rent:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send you an Invoice and Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, a 50% prepayment is required, the remaining 50% is due upon check-in to the villa. For peak season, prepayment is 100%.

3. You send us a payment document - from this moment the villa is reserved in your name and date.

4. Upon arrival, our driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with check-in. Further, throughout your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helping in resolving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, renting a car, hiring a nanny and anything else you may need.
