The tides and low tide the beach is not affected, that is, if there are no waves, you can swim at any time of the day.

What's next: on the road to the beach there is a shopping centre, Surin Plaza, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores 7/11, pharmacy. On the beach there are fruit stalls and massage parlors. A 10-minute drive from the Villa is a large Tesco supermarket.

In the complex: the complex consists of several villas, located next to the large communal pool. Total area - beautiful manicured garden. The Villa is located slightly below the pool, and therefore its territory is entirely private - pool accessible by a small staircase. The owner organised a beautiful service, the hotel offers 6 staff who are always ready to make Your stay even more comfortable and carefree. The complex is fenced, at the entrance there is a security checkpoint.

Outside: large shared pool with terrace and loungers, a pond with 99 colorful ornamental carp, a picturesque waterfall, a gazebo with dining area for 8 persons. And all this is surrounded by luscious tropical greenery.

Inside: Each of the four bedrooms is a separate pavilion with EN Suite bathroom, TV, necessary furniture. Two bedrooms combined to comfortably accommodate a family with children. However, if you wish, you can close tight doors and completely separate bedrooms, especially because each of them has a separate entrance. The third and fourth bedrooms - fully detached pavilions. Living room with kitchen are in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. In this kitchen really has it all - please note in the photo! The house is new. Furniture and appliances in excellent condition. The design of the house owner worked with his wife. He is an interior designer, and she is a landscape designer. Both have excellent taste and put their hearts into their work - it feels right, once you get to the Villa.

Included in the price: garden maintenance and pool cleaning, house cleaning 2 times per week, change of linen and towels 1 time per week, service always staying in the Villa staff, Breakfast, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hotline and Concierge service 24/7.

Paid separately: SPA treatments at the Villa, and massages, Babysitting service, transfer airport-Villa-airport - THB 1,000 nett per way.

How to rent:

1. You choose this Villa and reported to us.

2. We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% are due 30 days before arrival at the Villa. These conditions can vary depending on the fare booked. At peak season prepayment is 100%.

3. You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.

4. On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
